Illness:

Maintaining a safe and healthy salon environment is a top priority. If you or a member of your household are exhibiting flu-like symptoms, (cough, fever, runny nose, etc.), your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please do not arrive at your appointment if you are feeling sick; instead, stay cozy at home, and we'll find a new time that works for you once you're feeling better.

Cancellations:

Your appointments are important to me and are reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This allows me to accommodate other guests and manage time effectively. Please note that cancellations made without sufficient notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services, with a minimum charge of $35, payable before rescheduling.

 

Punctuality:

If you're running fashionably late, meaning 15 minutes or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or a portion of your service may need to be forfeited. While I strive to accommodate emergencies and hiccups, any necessary rescheduling due to tardiness may be treated similarly to a last-minute cancellation, and may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Confirmations:

Three days prior to your scheduled visit, you'll receive a confirmation message via email and/or text asking you to confirm your appointment. Please follow the instructions to confirm your spot and ensure everything is all set for your visit! *Just a quick heads-up: these are automated messages, so any replies to them will not be received by me. Pricing:

All published prices serve as starting points for services. Please keep in mind that prices may vary based on certain factors, including the length, density, and condition of your hair, as well as the complexity of the service and the amount of product required. At Local, all pricing is genderless, ageless, and totally inclusive.

Service Satisfaction:

Your complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal. If you encounter any challenges with your cut or color, please don't hesitate to reach out within 7 days of your visit, and I’ll be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments at no extra cost. It's important to note that this does not cover a complete change from the original and agreed-upon services discussed in our consultation. Should you notice anything beyond this timeframe, please feel free to contact me so we can work together to find a solution. I highly value open communication and warmly welcome any feedback to ensure your experience is nothing short of exceptional!

Finished Results:

I’m committed to making sure that you absolutely love your hair and leave Local feeling like a million bucks every time you visit! To accurately assess and perfect your desired look, services are only guaranteed when your hair has been blow-dried and properly finished in the salon. If you choose to skip styling, please note that this means you are opting out of the service satisfaction policy.

Childcare:

At Local, our time together is all about you! To ensure your visit is as relaxing and focused as possible, kindly make arrangements for childcare beforehand and arrive solo. For the safety of all, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an adult. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
